Individual Therapy Session Fee

Each standard consultation is 50 minutes in length and is billed at $265.
We kindly ask that full payment be made on the day of your appointment. Payment can be made via credit or debit card, or bank transfer.

Medicare Rebate

If you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP, you may be eligible for up to 10 rebated psychology sessions per calendar year. Under this plan a Medicare rebate of $145.25 per session is available. Speak with your GP to determine your eligibility. Please be aware that doctors often require extra time for appointments when preparing a Mental Health Care Plan, so you may need an extended consultation. Please bring your referral and Mental Health Care Plan to your first appointment.

Private Health Insurance

Many private health funds offer rebates for psychological services, depending on your level of cover. If you wish to claim through your health fund, we recommend contacting your provider directly to confirm your eligibility and rebate amount.

Cancellations and Non-Attendance

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and at times, you may need to reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time, or failure to attend without notice, will incur a late cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee. Please note that Medicare and private health funds do not cover cancellation fees.
