Services

I support adults (18+) with a broad range of psychological concerns, including:

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Obsessive compulsive disorder

  • Depression

  • Grief and loss

  • Stress, coping, and adjustment difficulties

  • Perinatal support

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Anger management and emotion regulation

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Personality disorder

I take a personalised approach to therapy, tailoring strategies to fit your individual needs, goals, and challenges. This means the support you receive is practical, effective, and responsive to what matters most to you. I often draw on approaches such as:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours,

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients handle difficult thoughts and feelings more effectively, while focusing on what matters most to them, so they can live a more meaningful life,

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help clients learn practical skills to manage their emotions, cope with stress, and build healthier relationships,

  • Schema Therapy to help clients understand and change long-standing patterns and beliefs, often formed in childhood, that can affect how they see themselves and relate to others,

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is an effective therapy for OCD. In ERP, I’ll guide and support you to gradually face situations that trigger fear or anxiety (i.e., the obsessions), while practicing new, healthier ways of responding instead of falling back on old habits (i.e., the compulsions). Over time, this process helps ease distress and helps you build confidence in managing difficult thoughts and feelings.

Each of these approaches is grounded in strong clinical research and adapted to best support you in your therapeutic journey. Together, we will determine the strategies and techniques that are most relevant and helpful for your personal circumstances.

In-Person and Telehealth Appointments Available

I offer both in-person and telehealth psychology sessions to provide flexible support that fits your lifestyle.

Whether you choose to meet face-to-face or online, the quality of care remains the same and research shows that psychological services provided via telehealth are equally as effective as in-person services.

Important information about services:

While I offer comprehensive psychological support for a wide range of concerns, please note that referrals under WorkCover or TAC are not accepted, and medico-legal reports are not provided. I also do not provide treatment for eating disorders, as this is a specialised psychological area that requires expertise from a dedicated team of clinicians.
